Fabrication & Device Design
Stephen leads RollTech’s cross-disciplinary microfabrication efforts. An inventor on 100+ patents and applications, he has built companies across medtech, MEMS, roll-to-roll manufacturing, and hydrogen systems. His expertise spans device concept, toolpath design, laser processing, assembly, and validation. Stephen’s focus is on translating customer requirements into manufacturable processes, de-risking scale-up, and ensuring programs meet their performance, schedule, and cost goals.
Construction & Testing
Rashmin brings over 20 years of engineering experience across hardware and software systems at major high-tech companies. At RollTech, he leads device assembly processes, develops test protocols, and delivers critical characterization data for customer programs. His hands-on technical depth ensures prototypes and devices are built to the highest standards of precision and repeatability.
